The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

JADE SMITH, 32, of Blackthorn Road, Southampton admitted two counts of drug driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Spring Road. She was banned for 36 months and must pay an £850 fine, £85 court costs and a £340 surcharge.

JAN HANSEN, 41, of Tunstall Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to vehicle interference and two counts of theft from a shop after £63.95 worth of wine, household goods and confectionary was stolen from One Stop. He also admitted to theft from a motor vehicle after cash was stolen in Bursledon, and fraud by false representation after he used someone else's bank card to purchase food. He received a three-month sentence suspended for 18 months and must pay £63.95 in compensation.

TAMZIN BOURNE, 21, of Meacher Close, Totton admitted to drink driving on the westbound M3 at Chilworth. She was driving a Vauxhall Corsa when she was caught with 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Bourne was banned from driving for 18 months. She was also fined £120 and must pay £85 court costs plus a £48 surcharge. 

KACPER MANIAK, 24, of Saxon Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving a Hyundai Ioniq on Romsey Road. Maniak was caught with 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was given a one-year community order with 50 hours of unpaid work and a 17-month driving ban. Maniak must also pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge. 

MICHAEL CRANWELL, 30, of Ipley Way, Hythe pleaded guilty to three counts of harassment in breach of a restraining order and theft from a shop after £70 worth of meat was stolen from Tesco Express.  He also admitted to stalking after he repeatedly attended his victim's address, spoke to her on the street and telephoned her. He received a 26-week sentence suspended for two years with a 33-day accredited programme and 25 rehabilitation days. He must pay £70 in compensation for the stolen items.
