I would like to let you into a secret, reveal to you a haven of luxury and serious retail therapy.
Open since autumn last year, in the charming town of Alton, Vintage Violet offers a wide range of vintage and contemporary ladies clothing, shoes and accessories.
The stock is ever changing and with a mix of classic Dior and key pieces from the 60s, 70s and 80s. The contemporary designs come from award-winning names such as Megan Park, Ciel, Sassy and Rose and Vintage Tiger.
In addition to the clothing, there are plenty
of accessories and homeware pieces to chose from too. Delightful scarfs, hats, gloves, children's toys, cushions, blankets and perfumes, can all be found here.
And this cornucopia of all things gorgeous
is thanks to Serena Hunter-Cohen. A former barrister and mother of four, her eye for style has created something rather special at Vintage Violet.
Serena explained: "Whether you desire practical daywear like Nougat or Fahri, a 1920s Dior Silk dress or retro outfit, we hope we can provide something that little bit different."
